Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShowLoud ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ShowLoud. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to ShowLoud. By uploading content, you grant ShowLoud a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload, including performance rights for any songs you cover.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Manipulate votes, boosts, or leaderboard rankings through fraudulent means
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Platform
• Attempt to access other users' accounts without authorization
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights

Tokens & Virtual Currency

ShowLoud uses a token system for voting and boosting performances. Tokens have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. ShowLoud reserves the right to modify the token system, including distribution rates and costs, at any time.

Intellectual Property

The ShowLoud name, logo, and platform design are the property of ShowLoud. You may not use our branding or intellectual property without written permission. User-generated content remains the property of its creators, subject to the license granted above.

Copyright & DMCA

ShowLoud respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been reproduced on ShowLoud without authorization, please review our DMCA Policy & Takedown Process to learn how to file a claim. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned.

Disclaimers

ShowLoud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from using the Platform. ShowLoud is not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowLoud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
